via GoogleOne of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. This morning's delightful discovery (Fond) has been one the best gastronomic experiences I've had in years. This morning (first visit) I met Livia, Adrian & Carol and wound up spending almost an hour happily sitting, chatting and sampling various sweet, savoury and liquid delights. Today's offerings were the beautifully balanced Basque-Style Pandan Cheesecake, the delightfully tender beef, potato egg and curry pie, 3 different forms of their coffees (single origin, batch blend and thier weekly mix). Also got free samples of their unique "Matchadamia" and "Yuzu (Earl) Grey" thick cookies. Definitely a destination type cafe (worth travelling to). Very lucky that I'm local! Will become a very regular, regular customer.
