Himalayan Java Coffee

A lovely oasis to escape the chaos in the streets. Nice menu with lots of coffee options, sandwiches, few burgers, salads. Calm, quiet atmosphere and polite service. Time for food was bit long so don't be rushed. Relax and enjoy. Update: we've been to several coffee shops in town and in our opinion this is the best. A firm five stars! (Only neg. is the outside toilets, but at least they are clean)

The food is great in a good location, coffee was very good. The let down is the lack of service, myself and other groups got tired of waiting and we went up to the counter to order.

Customer service went from 1 Star to 5 Stars after the remodel. It was really bad before. Today was amazing. Customer service was lovely. Thank you guys or bringing the old Java Back ☺️ I hope it stays that way. A quiet and comfortable high-class yet humble coffee shop and work station for both Foreigners and Locals. Where male and female are treated equal and kindly. My Rating today: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely peaceful coffee house in the centre of busy thamel. This was a lovely find really relaxing atmosphere. Great selection of drinks. I had a croissant and it was so fresh. Friendly welcoming service and good value for money
