Himalayan Java Coffee - New Baneshwor

Good food as usual. Came here for coffee but ordered some onion rings and spaghetti meat balls. The onion rings were a little overcooked but the spaghetti was good. The service is great.

Need to refurnish and change setup! It has been long time with the similar vibes! Service is ok. Coffee is good. Rest items are satisfactory! Feels compact and congested!

Had been because of 40% off offer but the offer let the taste down. My first ever experience was so pathetic that it almost ruined my whole day after having their so called offered coffee. I would rather recommend others to go to local that would almost taste thousand times better than this one and yeah that would be cheap as well. And the service would be also greater there at local than this one had.

Dear Management, I am a frequent visitor to your New Baneshwor branch and would like to share some concerns. NEVER GET PERFECT ESPRESSO, AND COFFEE QUALITY SO WROST, The staff often appears unprofessional with slow service—simple requests like hot water take up to 10 minutes and are sometimes served cold. The discount process is inconvenient EVEN STORE SUPERVISOR TRY TO FIGURE OUT REGULAR CLIENT THEN ALSO requiring owner approval even for regular customers and strange things owner like to see that regular client weekly 5 days then they allow discount . Additionally, the coffee quality is inconsistent and disappointing. I’ve also observed the owner reprimanding staff in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience.
