Fully air-conditioned, spacious, and fully equipped with work facilities. Also very well maintained, like washrooms are properly cleaned and pleasant. A common kitchen area on the second floor and included dining space. No private car park, but the public car park which is right in front of it can be used, or maybe street parking.
