Di tengah kota dengan harga yang sebanding dengan rasa dan pelayanan meskipun view yang kurang tp diimbangi dengan penataan ruang interior yang sangat rapi dan berkesan modern. Hanya saja kurang memberikan nuansa budaya jogja
