Great atmosphere with super friendly, professional staff. A lovely outdoor area to relax and food to die for. The food was such high quality, fresh and interesting - not the usual brunch style fare. The herb and onion Kastenknödel was delicious with home made tomato chutney (again not like anything I had made or eaten); a super tasty mushroom on toast dish; delicious cakes like lemon drizzle & almond, cinnamon and yoghurt cake. Sadly I was only visiting Berlin - if not it would be my regular cafe!!

Everything is really nice, girls are so cute and they offered a very good service The brunch and the coffee are amazing, it’s the most delicious brunch that I ever had in Berlin MUST TRY

Lovely café where you are not allowed to use your laptop or other heavy devices, so everyone is talking to each other! Service is very kind. Chocolate cake with the peanut butter cream is delicious.

My girlfriend, friends and I have been coming to Isla for more than 7 years — and actually love the place. Really good coffee, and we’ve been eating the grilled cheese sandwich since it got onto the menu. The sandwich is a good example, however, that the prices have gotten out of hand. We understand that inflation and high rents hit the gastronomy hard, but raising it’s price from, 7 EUR to 8 EUR to and now 12 EUR feels like Isla is what you call in Germany “unverschämt”.
