via Google東京から1時間でこれは非日常。それでいて、緊張しない、テンション上がりすぎず、集中度が上がるオフィススペース。 食事は健康的で、何より島のどこで食べるよりはるかに美味しい。 空港から車で15分。周囲に人影は少なく代わりに緑が繁茂する自然が出迎えてくれる。八丈富士の麓にあるこの距離と環境が心地よい。

via Google羽田空港から1時間で来れる、日常と非日常の中間のような、オフィス&合宿スペース。 海、山、星、、大自然に囲まれて、チームや自分自身にゆっくりと目を向けるには最高の場所です！ 到着したら、地の野菜を使ったスムージーをいただき、夕ご飯、朝ご飯もとても美味しい料理を提供してくださいました。 （お昼は近くの食堂で海鮮丼などを食べましたが、定休日もあるので、事前に予約しておくと安心とのこと。） アメニティーなどもしっかり整っていて、身軽に行けるのも嬉しいです。 BBQ 、焚き火、サウナなどの道具も整っていたのですが、今回は体験する時間がなかったのが残念でした。

Surrounded by the ocean, mountains, stars, and nature, it's the perfect place to take time to focus on your team and yourself! When we arrived, we had a smoothie made with local vegetables, and they also served delicious dinner and breakfast. (For lunch, we ate seafood bowls and other dishes at a nearby restaurant, but since the restaurant is closed on some days, it's best to make a reservation in advance.) The amenities are well-equipped, and it's nice to be able to travel light. They had equipment such as BBQ, bonfire, and sauna, but unfortunately I didn't have time to try them out this time.
