Very disappointed with the service. We ordered at 7:42 PM, but our drinks were only ready at 8:11 PM — and that’s not even counting the food, which took even longer. The staff didn’t seem to care or offer any apology for the delay. Totally unreasonable and unprofessional. I don’t care much about the price — what matters to me is good food and good service. I hope they can improve

I stopped by Jabarano Coffee – Javan Leopard Braga, and the experience was a bit mixed for me. First of all, getting there is a challenge. The parking situation is tough — I’d honestly rate it around 2/10. The Braga area is always packed, the street is narrow, and cars are constantly stopping, so finding a proper spot is almost impossible. If you’re planning to visit, the easiest option is to park near Braga Citywalk or one of the paid parking lots and walk over. The place itself was very crowded when I arrived. I initially planned to sit inside because the seating looked available, but the line situation was chaotic. Some people cut the queue, and when I tried to wait properly, others were served first. Eventually, I gave up and decided to take away. For takeaway orders, they told me to line up directly at the cashier, so I had to queue again. Service was around 6/10 — I think the staff were overwhelmed by the amount of customers. The indoor space is nice and clean, but it feels more like a restaurant than a coffee shop, so maybe around 7/10 for ambience. For the drinks: • Iced Americano: 7/10 • Iced Latte: 7/10 • Jabarano Dark Sour Lemon: 6/10 (a bit too sharp for my taste) One interesting part is the story of Jabarano itself — it’s a local brand started by Ridwan Kamil, focusing on West Java coffee and the conservation of the Javan Leopard, which explains the theme of the café. Overall, worth trying once for the experience, but go on a less crowded day—and be ready to walk.

love it because it’s located in city center. the food, the ambience, the service and the location is just… perfect! juga strategis banget karena di braga and near my hotels!😆 and rasa makanan-makanannya juga worth the price! also don’t forget to try their artisan teaaa 😍 trust me, you’ll gonna like it

I really like their Si Merak Coffee. It's delicious and sweet (sweeth tooth here). All of the staff members are really helpful and funny. I asked them jokingly if we could get a prize after completing the drawing and the staff gave us two cups of Ice Cream. It was simple, but I really appreciate their gestures. Now, I voluntarily gave the review. One thing maybe I hope the toilet's flusher can flush better, but that aside, would recommend 💯

Even with the long holiday weekend rush and a bit of a wait for a table, this spot at the corner of Braga is well worth it. It’s a solid cafe and restaurant with great food. I also grabbed a drip coffee to go as a little "self-souvenir," and it was delicious!
