excellent pitstop, for caffeine and chill. masala chai lives up to name, as well as that of nearby garden. pretty much everything on menu is good. shasukha and chicken pie deserve additional commendation. tomato stew of former is again very on brand. more heat (courtesy chilli) than arab canonical, but also flavourful across entire spectrum. good down to last sop by excellent sourdough. which would be improved only if last was dished broken (per good book) rather than cut. bread should be thought of as fruit, grown by microbial flatulence, with exterior crustiness protecting interior goodness. chook pie is tasty and succulent down to last scrape to baking bowl.

This cafe has a serene and calm vibe, the owner and the cook are very friendly and open to chat. I had shakshuka, which comes with three chicken sausages, very nice! The shakshuka is slightly spicy, just so you know in advance😉

Tldr: immaculate vibes, fantastic coffee and food, exceptional music curation. Please try their Madras Coffee ITS SO GOOD! Pancakes are sooo fluffy and the berry compote is *chefs kiss*. If you like outdoorsy nature vibes, pay a visit. But do take note that time kind of flies by pretty quickly when you’re here because the outside world seems to disappear. 😂 Compliments to the chef and barista! Give em the keys to the city!!!

My 10/10 cafe and personal all time favourite place to chill. 45 minutes drive is definitely no biggie when you enjoy your cuppa surrounded by nature and super friendly staffs. Their playlist is such a highlight for good time spent there. Coffee and food tastes decent, but it’s remarkable with good ambience. *Their best seat is the one next to the bar, it’s sea-facing!

A hidden place surrounded by alots of greenery, quite peaceful and relaxing once you find it! It’s a bit hidden (blocked by cars parking at roadside), so if you’re driving from town toward Teluk Bahang, be careful or you might miss the turning like I did 😅. Ended up taking a long turn back, but it was worthwhile in the end. BTW, Parking is by the roadside, challenging. The place itself has a very calm, chill, and natural vibe. Really enjoy sitting here just to hang out with friends or even quietly look at the sky. BTW, my own phone reception is poor. Which makes it even easier to disconnect and really relax. It can get slightly crowded on weekends (people come, people go), so come on weekdays if you prefer a quieter time. Overall, nice hidden gem. Would definitely come again.
