via GoogleDer Barista-Workshop ist sehr zu empfehlen. In rund 4h werden die grundlegenden Punkte sowie gängigen Fehler im Umgang mit einer Siebträgermaschine besprochen und direkt an der Maschine ausprobiert. Die Teilnehmer dürfen dabei selbst an die Maschine und bekommen Rat, was sie noch verbessern können. Es werden immer wieder espressi/ Kaffeegetränke nebeneinander probiert, um die Unterschiede herauszuarbeiten. Bei einer angenehmen Gruppengröße von 6 Personen, kann jeder mitmachen und auch Fragen stellen. Wenn ich mal wieder in Ecke bin, freue ich mich, hier einen Kaffeestop zu machen!

The barista workshop is highly recommended. In around 4 hours, the basic points and common mistakes when using a portafilter machine are discussed and tried out directly on the machine. The participants are allowed to use the machine themselves and receive advice on what they can improve. Espresso/coffee drinks are repeatedly tried next to each other in order to work out the differences. With a comfortable group size of 6 people, everyone can take part and ask questions. via GoogleIch war hier bei einem Baristakurs. Die Kursgröße war perfekt und man konnte so viel fragen, ausprobieren und trinken wie man wollte. Ein Handout mit Tipps für zu Hause wäre noch gut gewesen. Ich habe auf jeden Fall viel gelernt und komme gerne auch demnächst auf einen Espresso oder Cappuccino vorbei. Der Laden bietet weiterhin alles an was man für guten Kaffee zu Hause braucht. Es gibt Maschinen, Mühlen, Kaffeebohnen und jegliches Zubehör.

I took a barista course here. The class size was perfect and you could ask, try and drink as much as you wanted. A handout with tips for home use would have been good. I definitely learned a lot and would love to come by for an espresso or cappuccino soon. The store still offers everything you need for good coffee at home. There are machines, grinders, coffee beans and all accessories.
