It is a bit hard to find. The address is 6B, Rice Merchant Building, 77-78 Connaught Rd W, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. It is on the 6th floor and it's listed as "Hong Kong Teahouse". They have a good selection of Japanese teas as well as some Indian and Sri Lankan teas. They also have lots of handmade teapots and teacups. The owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks Cantonese as well as English.
