Kings Hall Cafe @ Sec 13

Found this place by mistake to be honest, but really glad I did. The coffee was one of the best I’ve had, really fragrant! They’ve won a few barista awards so go figure. Tried the banana loaf, really good! And the honeycomb cake which was as nice, kinda chewy in a good way. Place has a pleasant and calm ambience with some old vinyls and studio equipment as part of its decor. I would have liked to see them lean into this more, like make the place really filled with studio stuff and vinyls rather than just a few items here and there. Overall a good place to get some coffee and do some work.

Went on a Saturday late morning. Service was great, food was OK. As a non-coffee drinker, I loved the tea shakerato!

I had such a pleasant experience at Kings Hall Cafe @ Sec 13! The moment you step in, you’re greeted by a bright, airy space that’s perfect for chilling, catching up with friends, or even getting some work done. The ambiance strikes a lovely balance between relaxed and stylish, with lots of natural light and a unique vibe thanks to the cafe’s setting within a former music-related space, it feels cozy yet inspiring. The coffee here is genuinely impressive fragrant, well-brewed, and a great highlight of the visit. Their specialty brews and award-winning coffees make it a great stop for coffee lovers. Accompany your drink with one of their cakes or waffles the banana loaf and Kahlua Tiramisu cake are local favorites, and the desserts are beautifully presented and delicious. What I loved most was the friendly and attentive staff, service felt warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking, which makes it super convenient to visit. Overall, it’s a hidden PJ gem worth exploring whether you’re in for a coffee break, a casual meetup, or a productive solo afternoon.

I was here for a meeting at the offices next door and stumble upon this nice little cafe which shares the same compound with a workshop. The theme here is rustic recording studio (I think lol I'm no expert). Toilet d clean and the coffee taste good. Lots of space here and you can get some work done. One thing though there's no car park, need to walk a little to get here.
