KUMBO MATCHA

This place is great if you’re looking for a more fancy or aesthetic matcha experience. The atmosphere and vibes are really nice, but the matcha itself was just so-so and didn’t feel as special as expected. Looks better than it tastes.

Visited with a large group of friends and ordered several drinks, desserts, and ice cream. Overall, the café is lovely, the atmosphere is great, and the matcha was absolutely delicious. The only issue we experienced was with the service. One of our drinks was ordered hot but was served cold. When we politely informed the staff, we were told that we had not specified that we wanted it hot. However, the person who placed the order had actually asked which drinks could be served hot before ordering, so we were quite confident that the request had been made. What was disappointing was not the mistake itself, as errors can happen anywhere, but the response and attitude we received. The staff member seemed visibly annoyed and unwilling to acknowledge that there may have been a misunderstanding. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and kindly said, “No problem, we’ll fix it for you,” and resolved the issue right away. We really appreciated her professionalism and helpful attitude. Mistakes happen, especially when a café is busy, but I believe maintaining a positive attitude and listening to customers carefully is just as important as serving great food and drinks. Despite this experience, we still enjoyed our visit. The matcha was excellent, the desserts were lovely, and the café itself is beautiful. I hope the team can improve the consistency of their customer service, as the café has so much potential

The matcha here is amazing, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and my go-to order is always the Biscoff caramel matcha ✨it feels like having both a dessert and a drink in one cup. So delicious every time! Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which makes the visit even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re a matcha lover. 🍵⭐️💖

Gorgeous space. Went early around 10am so my friend and i were the only customers. The matcha was great

Amazing place and they sell cute trinkets at the back too, I recommend the coconut matcha and having it with the matcha oreo cake 🎂
