Buying your coffee from Gaston is first of all meeting someone. After having tamed this kind-hearted trader as we do more, he will perhaps invite you to sit on one of the large bags of coffee beans which clutter the tiny shop and chat for hours. If you like cinema, frank and sincere personalities, good coffee, you've come to the right place.

My passion is great coffee and my search is to find phenomenonal coffee roasters who share my passion to make amazing coffee... Gaston is such a person...our first meeting ended up with a 90 minute discussion of coffee and coffee roasting of beans from around the world.. his cast iron based coffee roaster which has been in the family business for decades still creates incredible coffee..in a time of corporate mass production of coffee its a privilege to find truly a family owned, time proven business who still holds on to the proven tradition and art of coffee roasting!

Interesting interior, good choice of coffee. But not a single effort to be nice from the owner. Left totally lost with a feeling he was unpleased of everything we ask or say or buy. It’s not so difficult to be warm with people, especially when you want to make them come back to your shop.
