PATHETIC! FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW!!! First time we went there there was a hair in the burger. NO APOLOGIES! They just took it away and we got another one, which was wrong. We went back a second time 2 months later (August 2024) and it was even worse! Our order: 2 Halloumi N Egg Rolls 2 Flat Whites - one with an extra shot 1 Babyccino with 2 Marshmallows 1 Hash Brown on a side plate due to a serious egg allergy for our toddler! The burgers we ordered had halloumi that was borderline burnt. The rest tasted fine. Flat white - one didn't have an extra shot. Babyccino arrived with 1 marshmallow instead of 2. No big deal, because we asked again to get the second one. The hashbrown arrived on the same plate as the egg rolls and we told them we were very clear about the serious egg allergy. The server said we could just eat that hash brown and they would make another one. 90 seconds later the server came back and said they wanted the hashbrown back, which I removed from my plate onto the plate the server brought. Literally ZERO listening skills! Absolutely inconsistent and just not worth it! Better off going to the Cafe across the street!
