via GoogleNewly opened cafe with a good view by the canal. There are many cafes along the canal, but most of them look old or not modern. So, this is a nice addition and it is just opened in May, 2022. Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk here is 39k and it’s very good. The 2nd floor has a balcony with a nice view. It is not as workable, but if your setup is very minimal, I think some people can comfortably work here as well. I like new places because it is nice, clean, and modern.
