This location is one of the Chocolate Boutiques created by the iconic Chef Alain Ducasse where you can pamper yourself with high quality Chocolates, Ice Creams and Teas. Stylish presentación of the product. Interesting visit!

I am a Muslim person , I am someone who wear hijab, I asked for advice to buy some chocolate , the girl who served me made me buy sometime with guimauve inside who was made with pork … I came back in another Alain Ducasse shop earlier today and I asked about the chocolate that I bought and the person who serve me inform me about that fact as she was herself vegetarian. She was really suprised that the girl from Alain Ducasse Palais Royal made me buy that box full of pork. I am really upset and I feel wronged in so many ways. Shame on you

Phenomenal chocolate sorbet, it's AMAZING! How is there no line? The lady serving ice cream is very kind and speaks English too. Highly recommended.

After lunch stumbled on one of the many branches of Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse in Paris along Rue des Petits Champ. We received a warm welcome and was introduced to the many varieties of mixed chocolates and was offered a piece. Without hesitation we got a box of 12 to be shared with family. It costs EUR 20 for a box of 12 but we thought it was simply worth it.

Ice cream was ok but a bit expensive for what it is. I took only one scoop of one flavour but they still charged me for standart two. I wasn't really angry about it but the shopkeeper should have told me that I can take two flavours.
