Lindt Chocolate Shop, DFO Uni Hill

I stopped by Lindt on Tuesday morning, and I have to say, the staff were amazing! Abbie and Angel were both so helpful and friendly. They made my experience really enjoyable, and I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. It's not often you get such great customer service these days, so it really stood out to me. I'll definitely be coming back – thanks again, Abbie and Angel!

Customer service needs a lot of work, only a couple of girls were actually nice. Sometimes the prices in the shop is more expensive than Coles..makes one wonder why.
