This is a nice bonding place for family Really appreciate the team behind to have this community library. Many variety of books from adult to young kids . Really like a back to “kampung” style house , no aircond but many windy fans around the corners. Kids can play safely in the house , parents can have good snacks at the corner Simple and nice food and drinks .

Good concept of combining library & snacks place. Good place to chill out with friends and family. The vietnamese coffee and rojak are some of the must-try I recommend to all. Also, they have books and swings here, kids definitely will enjoy themselves here.

You need to understand this place: Books, food, drinks and vibe. It’s totally meant for relaxing and chilling out. Don’t expect heavy meals or a wide variety. For those who understand, This is the new spot that promises tranquility and the calm vibes of Kampung Baru Cina. The food is delicious, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. A wide range of books is available. If the range of languages in the books can be expanded, it would be even more interesting. The spot under the mango tree outside is definitely the most awesome hangout. Let me know if you want to tweak it for tone, add some creative flair, or adapt it further!

Drove a long way here on a rainy day but what a lovely experience. Love the vibe here. A good getaway to good old kampong house in an urban city and prices of the F&B are very affordable too. Sat around to read some books.

Accidentally stumbled upon this quaint little cafe. The ambience is very unique. If you wish to experience dining in a local kampung house, this is the place. They maintained some of the original structure and decorations of the house, and filled a corner with books, making it a little cosy. As for food wise, the taste is slightly better than average. We tried Mee Jawa (7/10), Nasi Lemak (7/10) and Popcorn Chicken (8/10). Drinks are a bit mediocre. Parking may be a bit hard to find along the stretch. We parked at the open car park near the school, it’s about 3-5 mins walk. Will we go back again? Yes. We’d like to try their Prawn Noodle and Asam Laksa the next round. And probably will bring the elderlies along, to reminisce the kampung vibes.
