Macoff Cafe and bar

Amazing place to have a drink at sunset. A lot of movement of local people going up and down with their heavy shopping (rice and other provisions) to the boats to cross to the other side of the Mekong river. I’m happy I came here on their very first day. Good luck! 🍀

Cozy café, perfect to watch the sunset

I returned here several times for my morning coffee. The best hot latte I've had in Laos. I was also impressed with the iced caramel macchiato I had after a long walk in the heat site seeing. Beautiful views of the river often accompanied with birdsong and always with a relaxed vibe. I can't comment on food, the menu looks good, but I didn't try.

Ordered a salami and cream cheese baguette and had one piece of salami (which is black) cut in half and no cream cheese in it. My partner order the Luang Prabang sausage with rice which was completely cold. Such a shame because the drinks were so nice. Would not recommend for any food here.
