via GoogleI went café-hopping and visited this tiny café as a main spot to get to know a new friend last year. The drink I had was their Yun Matcha Latte that is in an Ajisai grade. I was very awestrucked by how cute and tiny the café is hehe I also looked around and spotted some anime figurines on the shelf and yes, it was giving Studio Ghibli vibes. On the outside, the shop is a little hard to locate so be sure to have your GPS on! The barista we had on duty was very nice and sweet. Moreover, the café accepts most payment methods including cash and is most suitable for a grab-and-go or a short visit due to the small pax it can take up. Thank you for having us here, I would definitely love a re-visit hihii

via GoogleFound this cute little spot in the heart of Seksyen 13. I really love the minimalist menu and the decor. It has a great aesthetic that fits right in with the neighborhood vibe. I actually went there for the banana pudding after reading so many good things about it, but they didn’t have any available when I stopped by. I tried the latte, though the blend was a bit too light for my personal preference. It was still good cup of coffee though. The space is quite intimate so it’s probably better for a quick takeaway since seating is limited. Overall a nice place for a quick break to start the day. p/s: shout out to Didi

via GoogleThe coziest coffee shop for someone who enjoys her solo time. Just a small shop and that’s what I love about it. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere— perfect for slowing down and just being in the moment. Loved the strawberry matcha (RM14) and the s’mores cookie (RM9) was yummyyy! Was also amazed with the great selection of books on the shelf, including one that has been on my TBR list for a loooong time, Strange Pictures. I wasn’t planning to stay long but I ended up reading half the novel 😆 Thank you for providing the reading materials. Will definitely come back.

via GoogleMai Kohi is one of my top three coffee spots in Shah Alam. The coffee is smooth and not sour, even for black coffee. They also offer a few types of black coffee, which is great if you like to explore different profiles. I usually order the salted garlic herb bread. It was good, but lately the quality has been inconsistent once the butter inside was still cold, and another time the bread was a bit tough. The space is small, so takeaway is more practical, though it can be cosy if you come during off peak hours. I’ve been visiting for almost six months now, at least once a week. Still a solid spot for good coffee
