Manki True Artisan Cafe

동코이 빙컹센터(Vincom center) 거기전 2층(한국기준)에 있는 스페셜티 전문점입니다 This is a specialty cafe on 1st floor near vincom Center at Dong khoi. 물론 커피맛은 개인작인 취향이 크므로 첨고만 하세요 But this review is absolutely my personality opinion. It will be different and depend on people's tastes. 핸드드립 커피는 210k vnd 정도입니다 하지만 가성비는 안 나오는 럭셔리 머캣팅을 씁니다 Hand Drip Coffee is 210k vnd, but it's not cost-effective. 그리고 200k 이상되는 스페셜티 원두라면 추출후 최서 1m 정도는 커피향이 그윽해야 합니다 if 210k coffee beans are really good it must have a strong scent at a distance around 1m. 하지만 여기 커피는 약한 산미가 있고 약한 향으로 후미거 미약하고 1분뒤에 금방 사라지고 또 단맛은 거의 없습니다 But this cafe's brewing coffee had weak acidity, weak after tasting because of the lack of scent and sweetness. 1분 뒤에는 애매한 차(tea)나 허브맛이 나는데 좋게 표현하면 허브맛, 나쁘게 표현하면 도라지 맛입니다 After 1 minute, its tasting became ambitious tea and herb. 아건 로스팅에서 확실한 포지셔닝 설정에 문제가 있어 보입니다 따라서 좀 야매하게 볶여진거 같습니다 Maybe this herb tasting came from a lot of hesitation during roasting time between acidity and nutty.

Excellent ice drip coffee. The cafe allows u to pick the coffee beans and the brewing method you want for your coffee. The coffee’s taste is aromatic and rich. Reasonable price for the coffee and pastries. The cheesecake is excellent and goes really well with the coffee. The cafe has great design and is honestly such a vibe. Friendly staff and boss. Offers many payment methods including Apple Pay. Overall great place to sit , relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the cafe. Only downside of the cafe is that is a bit hard to find as it is not on the ground floor but rather the second floor. You will need to enter through a dingy looking garage. Do take note that u will need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the cafe. There is however a sign on the outside of the garage but the sign is quite small.
