via GoogleWe order kam heong fish bowl, teriyaki chicken comfort bowl, grilled chicken chop and smokehouse pulled pork. Drinks we order kyoto, plus one and so grapeful. Grilled chicken chop with honey mustard sauce the mashed potato not nice. Sad that the mustard sauce was pour into the grilled chicken. Prefer it to be seprately. Kam heoong fish bowl the fish is nice. The egg is tasteless. Smokehouse pulled pork is nice but the bagel texture can be better. Teriyaki chicken taste so so. For the drinks all taste not nice. Not has I expected.

via GoogleCame on a Friday night and a lot of their bagels were already sold out. Bagels tasted good (maybe bcs I was hungry)and the food + portion were good. All in all an enjoyable dinner.

via GoogleFirst time here for lunch. Things I like about this place: 1) well decorated, cosy, unique and comfortable 2) staff are polite, attentive, professional, and helpful 3) a lot of varieties in the menu. From western, pasta, rice bowl, salad, there's something to suit your palate. 4) interesting choices of beverages, the one I ordered (I can't remember the name), I very refreshing, unique combination of flavours 5) if you like bagels, this is the right place for u 6) generous food portion, looks small but it is so filling 7) didn't take long to serve the food Overall, this is a great option of cafe at this area. Highly recommended.

via GoogleKahlua Tiramisu is on the sweeter side. Can't really taste the coffee's bitterness and the Kahlua taste is rather mild, but can feel the slight alcohol heat after a few bites. Kyoto drink is nice. Creamy thick and slightly sweet matcha on top, then eventually getting to the yuzu, sour plum and cold brew. Bagel is soft like regular bread instead of dense and chewy, which makes it easier to eat as a sandwich. (I have no idea what authentic bagel should be.) The cheese is very mild and I assume that they're using processed American cheese slices. Flavor of the fries and sauce is amazing even though the fries is slightly cold and beginning to get soggy. Air conditioner is kinda cold, so brave yourselves. Two bagel set, one drink, and a desert is RM91.

via GoogleOverall, the experience was good. The bagel was tasty, and although there was a small mix-up with my coffee order (I requested oat milk), the barista noticed it right away and replaced it immediately without us having to say anything, which we really appreciated. The staff were all very polite and friendly, which added to the positive atmosphere. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom. During my visit, there was water across the floor and even on the seat cover, and on my second visit, it seemed to be more than just water. Addressing this would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.
