Coffee price is now $2.25 for hot latte, $2.50 for iced latte, $3 for frappe. Small burgers or burger sandwich $2.5 (burger inside very small but otherwise tasty for small lunch leaving room for cake). Mini-cake at $3.8 was the star of the show - soft fresh sponge and delicious rich cream. When we arrived at noon on a Thurs, only mini-cake, basque cheesecake, roll cake, and a small cream birthday cake was available. Limited English even though prices are a little on the tourist side and it's between a hotel and Cambodia craft market. No WiFi and no paper in the toilets let the place down, but there is Aircon which is nice and filtered water was free.
