Melisa Home Café

A small new café in Luang Prabang offers a warm, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. My first impression was one of comfort, with kind staff and moderate prices, similar to other coffee shops in Luang Prabang.

Very pleasant little café with a homey feeling, good coffee and pastry, and polite and friendly service. Aircon downstairs and balcony with a river view upstairs.Nice, clean toilet.

The drinks are good. The cafe is clean and cozy. But, there is nothing special. The drinks are not particularly cheap compared to the cafes around here. It is located on the riverside, so the second floor has a good view of the river.

Really cozy vibe, but the food makes the experience. Got an avocado bacon croissant, but the egg type stuff on it was weirdly liquid (which soaked part of the croissant) and the avocado was hard - not ready for serving. The croissant itself was very good, but the avocado is the most important ingredient here. The food was a bit disappointing, but the people were very nice.
