Small and sad place

I had an office here for around 12 months. The location is good (close to both the Fortress Hill and Tin Hau MTRs) with decent restaurants and cafes nearby. It's next to the sea. Ivan, the office manager, is professional and easy to deal with. The prices are reasonable and overall I found the place to be pleasant (saw a few cockroaches though, but that's just a part of life in Hong Kong). The reason I'm reducing the score by two stars is because the coworking space plays music, and you're forced to listen to it in your office. They're not allowed turn it off. So I have to listen to their jazz and k-pop and hip-hop playlists while I'm trying to work or on calls. Ludicrous. If they can fix their forced music policy I'd be happy to give five stars.
