Mitchell’s Chocolate is truly something special! This artisan chocolate shop uses authentic Belgian chocolate, and you can taste the quality in every bite. Their bonbons are honestly some of the best I’ve had in my entire life—easily top two. They’re not only delicious, but absolutely beautiful. The colors, the decoration, the precision… it’s the tiny details in such a small piece of chocolate that show just how much care and craftsmanship goes into each one. It’s extraordinary! I’m also leaving this review because Mitchell himself is an amazing guy. He’s retired Army, and he and I ended up talking about our military days. He married a wonderful Thai woman and they are the owners and chefs, and together they are truly salt-of-the-earth people. Just warm, genuine, and passionate about what they do. If you’re in Pattaya and looking for world-class chocolate—not just the best in Thailand, but honestly some of the best anywhere—please support Mitchell’s Chocolate. The flavor will blow you away, and you’ll be helping a small, local family business that puts their heart into every single piece. You will not be disappointed. I also had the dark chocolate, and I want to highlight just how incredible it is. If you normally avoid dark chocolate because it’s too bitter, this is the perfect place to start. Mitchell’s dark chocolate is beautifully balanced—rich, smooth, sweet and flavorful, without the harsh bitterness you find in the 90% dark chocolate I’m used to eating ;). It’s the ideal introduction for anyone curious about dark chocolate and wanting a truly delicious first experience!
