The cake was delicious and the place is beautiful. Unfortunately, the matcha was a disappointment—I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I noticed the person at the table next to me didn’t finish hers either, which is a shame, especially given the price. I also think that laptops shouldn’t be allowed during rush hours, as we had to wait a long time to have a table, while others were only working.

❌ Totally disappointing, the service, the atmosphere and the bathrooms compared to the price and the location. When you see the place is really charming and when you see the prices you expect an attention that is totally worth it but unfortunately you find the reality that the service is a mess, the environment does not have so much capacity for the amount of people they let in, the only good thing is the food but it is ruined by the service again and the bathrooms that in my opinion are an important part of a place, are a real sadness. Clogged sink and toilet without toilet paper and all broken. (Photos ⬇️) I leave totally disappointed and I do not recommend anyone to go to this place and much less consume something to pay these crappy prices.

I love their cakes and drinks! However, the cafe is too crowded and the service also seems to be overwhelmed. I wouldn’t recommend going there on the weekend though. I did and it was very chaotic. People had to line up to get a seat and when they did, the waiters and waitresses were nowhere to be found because they were so busy

Food was fine although nothing special and the atmosphere was nice but the service was just really bad. No one came to serve us so we queued up at the counter and tried to order. We were then told that they only did table service or takeaway but we argued that no one was helping us so we ordered. It took them about 15 minutes just for a slice of cake and a drink after we had already been waiting before ordering… overall the food was not bad and it’s an enjoyable place aesthetically, but there are better places in Frankfurt.
