The coffee we make with the 1972 Old School roast is bar none; There is nothing that could be done to make for a better coffee. After trying beans from all over the boroughs we’ve concluded these to be the absolute best. Fantastic value for the price. Not to mention we feel extremely welcomed in the store and the owner makes an effort to get to know us. I’ll have to do better myself! Note: photo is a home made coffee using their beans. But I’m sure they’d make a better cup at the place!

I purchased and tried the 1972 Old School and Napoli espresso bean. Purchasing direct from the roaster they could not have been fresher with a roast date of 3/19, received on 3/24. Looks like I have found the beans I like for my espressos and cortados. Just good, dark smooth arabica and robust beans. I also purchased the original Espresso beans but haven't tried those yet. Can't imagine I won't enjoy those either! Priced right and ships fast. I'm a happy new customer

This is an excellent place to purchase freshly roasted coffee beans. I could have spent way more time chatting with the owner about coffee, but I respect his time and will come again another day. I reccomend this establishment for your coffee needs!

This review is for online ordering of their coffee: I am quite particular about my coffee. I love Neapolitan-style espresso, and have a hard time finding that style of roasting here in the States. It is a very easy style to screw up - aka overcharr the beans, too oily, too much robusto in the mix, etc. Not the case with Nicoletti. First of all - the ordering process is very easy. Order online, select the coffee you want and the bag size - they roast their in-house coffee before sending out your order! (versus what's sitting on the shelf). It is the freshest coffee I've had through the mail! The coffee itself - the Neapolitan roast - the best in America. Absolutely perfect, without being burnt or the beans too oily. You want high quality coffee? You cannot miss on Nicoletti!
