Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Went in a few minutes today before closing because im stupid and didn’t realize and the guy working register was very kind and still got in a drink for me. I unfortunately did not get his name but he had dark hair and I think a beard? The girl behind bar was very nice too 😊 thank you guys, amazing service.

They have a decent coffee machine (La Marzocco) but some baristas there are not experienced and can completely destroy its results with high temperature milk and wrong espresso to milk ratio. In a nutshell the taste can vary from quite bad to quite good depending on whether you were lucky to have the right person making it for you or not.

Hidden on the first floor of the nordstroms by the shoe section. Fast service but reliable. When I was in town this was the fastest of all the coffee places in the mall

Probably the fastest and most efficient place to get a coffee in the mall. Is it the best tasting? Not really but it does the job and is reasonably priced compared to the other places in century city. They’re fast and the food is also pretty good too

I could give 5 stars to the nice customer service from the guys there but also saw bad attitude from The manager I think her name was Diana to the customers and the employee (harassment) that's not a nice environment to work honestly. Hopefully they can addressed properly!
