I honestly need to start this review with a huge shootout to the incredible staff members . Since day one, they gave my husband and I a very warm welcome, and we decided to go there for breakfast/lunch during the whole length of our stay in Hoi An (a week). The sfatt is very professional, and the service is unblemished. They check all the time if you have plenty of water, if the food please you, and make sure the fans are working at all time to ease the sticky heat. Some of the staff, to be honest, became like friends, and it felt like being at home. It was lovely to see them every day with their big smiles and happy to see us again, too. This cafe became our local, and I am immensely happy we found it. When it comes to the food, Nourish Eatery is, with absolutely no doubt, the best coffee shop in Hoi An to have breakfast/brunch. The quality and presentation of the food is excellent, and the value for money too. Yes, it is more expensive than other places, but the flavours and options on the menu are unmatchable. We tried the breaky burger, the avo fix, the nutty toast (peanut butter, banana and chocolate and almond butter, strawberries and chocolate), the falafel platter (terrific) and the cookie. All of them are gorgeous. I could have eaten the whole menu in one sitting, honestly It is just soooo good ! They have so many options: burgers, tacos (eggs, cauliflower wings), avocado toast, Buddha bowl, smoothie bowl with granola, fresh smoothies and juices, and a great selection of vietnamese traditional coffees and Italian ones (almond milk available ). The cafe has a workstation for all the people working remotely as well, and there is an aerial yoga studio inside too (which I also tried and it was amazing). If you are in Hoi An, give it a go, and it won't disappoint you

Nourish eatery is such a delicious brunch spot! Get the breakfast tacos. So filling and healthy. Also recommend the make your own tea option which we did with hibiscus, rose, and chamomile - super yummy. Also the passion for dragons smoothie tastes so gooood like a milkshake but healthy as well. It’s also a very bright and good vibe in here. There’s coworking on the second floor and the whole space could be an event space as it’s so pretty with wood and natural accents on concrete. Enjoy!

Very good Vegetarian restaurant. Very clean modern space with lots of variety in seating options. Very popular. A little out of town but worth the trip. Found the dishes lighter and tastier than comparable restaurants in Vietnam, especially the falafels which were so much better than expected. The breakfast taco was also excellent. The Greek Out was a bit light on Feta cheese, but ok. Coffee was very average. Great spot for a healthy lunch or breakfast.
