Nuum Coffee

This is the most unique and memorable experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Nuum (the owner) has a wide range of drinks to choose from. You can choose from drinks like lattes to butterfly pea tea, which we did not even know existed before visiting Nuum Coffee. I tried a new drink out every day we stayed in Koh Phangan, as you can see from my photos :)

Nuum Coffee was such an unexpected highlight of my time in Koh Phangan and Thailand! After weeks traveling throughout Asia, I can say that this is some of the best coffee I have had. The service and care that Nuum provides, is evident to all customers and inherent in the quality coffees brewed. I had great iced lattes and highly recommend to anyone in the area.

If you're serious about good coffee, this is the place. The only coffee shop we found with great V60 specialty coffee that's worth the name. He takes his coffee very seriously. You pick the beans, and he dials the grind settings for every batch, uses proper tools and the coffee was reliably spot-on. We started every day of our week on Koh Phangan with two rounds at NUUM :)
