Affordable beans and coffee, not much places to sit but the staff were very friendly and helpful despite me not being very fluent in Japanese. You can engage in conversation with the barista as well. Beans are sold in packs of 200 grams each for either 1250 (normal) or 1700 (premium) yen. Most descriptions like tasting notes and roast levels (light roast : 浅煎り, medium roast : 中煎り, and dark roast : 深煎り) and such are in Japanese so it is better to at least be able to read some Japanese. They also have a volume discount if you buy 600 grams (3 packs) or more.

Great coffee! Latte is 530 JPY for L size and 480 JPY for M size. + 150 JPY if you want to change for oats! No chair inside the store but there are some benches ohtside the store. Best for takeout.

Ordered iced coffee. Costa Rica medium roast beans is bright with a bit of acidity. Few benches outside, which is great on weekends afternoon when they make the street pedestrian only
