추천받아 간곳인데 … 실망만….. 고급호텔안에서 운영된다고해서 기대했는데 가격만 비싸고 .. 종업원3명은 손님이 들어와도 쳐다도 안보고.. 안내도 없고, 주문도 캐셔카운에 가서해야함(앞에 메뉴판이 쌓여있음) 음료는 나쁘지 않고 공간이 작긴했지만 예뻣는데 접객이 최악임.. 일반 시장통에서도 안이럴것같음

Beautiful forest atmosphere with outside dining and clean and cozy inside. The drinks are all well made and delicious. We also ordered the dark chocolate raspberry cake and the carrot cake and the quality of cake is the best so far for us in Chiang Mai. Will definitely be coming back.

We walked in and suddenly we were sitting in a little jungle oasis. The atmosphere is the main reason to come: lush greenery everywhere, warm natural light, and a calm pond with colorful fish (koi) right next to the seating. If you manage to get a table by the water, it’s incredibly relaxing—quiet, cool, and honestly feels like you’re far away from the city. The space is also well designed. There’s a comfortable indoor area with beautiful woven hanging lamps and a clean, modern look, plus plenty of outdoor seating that blends into the garden. It’s a great place to slow down, have a long coffee, and take photos without it feeling “too touristy.” Food and drinks were nicely presented and enjoyable. The coffee looked and tasted well-made (latte art was on point), and the breakfast-style dishes came out fresh and comforting. Overall, it’s a solid choice whether you’re coming for coffee, a light meal, or just to enjoy the vibe.

The environment here is undeniably elegant and comfortable—the "Urban Sanctuary" vibe with the waterfall and lush greenery is truly world-class. However, the service was a massive disappointment and completely ruined the experience. The staff were cold and unprofessional. I wasn't even given a receipt after my purchase, and there wasn't a single "thank you" or any form of basic courtesy throughout the interaction. For a place of this caliber, such poor hospitality is unacceptable. I came here for a peaceful escape but left feeling disrespected. Great aesthetics cannot compensate for such bad service.
