The bed in Room 105 has a flea infestation!!!! The staff let us switch to 102 but for 525k vnd, you're better off at other hotels in the neighborhood.

I've only been to the Cafe but it's the best iced Americano in Vung Tau

Olivia Hotel doesn't serve food but very nice hot chocolates. It has a pleasant rooftop caphe serving all the usual coffees. As I don't drink or even like coffee it's always a pleasure to find chocolate drinks on the menu. The new owners have upgraded the linen in the bedrooms. They had run out of standard rooms at 600k so they gave me a suite for 600k per night for the 5 nights I stayed there. So the once very popular with expats Hotel Sasa Vuta, has undergone a revamp and has now become the Olivia Hotel Vung Tau. I can personally highly recommend as it's been my go to place for nearly 10 years but sadly became one of many victims of COVID-19. It will now continue to be my hotel accommodation when staying in VungTau.
