ONCE Specialty Coffee Roasters

I heard about the roaster from a private coffee lover group: "Their price point is a bit high, but they never fail in roasting coffee beans." I arrived at the lab on an autumn afternoon. Besides coffee bags, I received a quick hands-on pour-over technique and I learned much more than hours of YouTube clips. I'll come back for the bags and I will suggest the roaster to my friends.

Visited on a late Sunday afternoon, and they went out of their way to open up, find me in the street (before they were clearly marked on google maps). Introduced a wide variety of Vietnamese coffees and I went home happy after they helped me navigate the back alleys behind Minh Khai. Lovely coffee, lovely people. Another visit is due!

I would describe this as a small but cozy place to hang out and have a little talk. It has a quite relaxing atmosphere, but the owner is super energetic. Here you can get all kinds of specialties coffee from all over the world. They are roasted daily and the packaging are colorful, very suitable to be used as gifts for the ones you love, or to enjoy yourself. Totally recommended.

A cosy sweet stop for home brewers. Been here twice but ordered coffee bean every month. Their beans is just my gôute <3 If you are a home coffee brewers, dont miss this place. You gonna be love it <3

I came to Once Coffee Roaster and the owner welcomed me midway through the process of roasting a batch of beans. She generously offered 2 different types of coffee and we sat down and had a coversation for a little more than an hour. Her passion for coffee easily showed even though we didnt speak the same language. She is one of few roasters I know who is roasting specialty robusta coffee strains, as well as catimore. The highlight of the owners roastery is the Vietnamese Specialty Robusta using the honey process.
