via GoogleThe queue at Ops was insanely long—I waited over an hour! Thankfully, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, with one team member even coming out to take payments in the queue, which helped ease the wait slightly. But was it worth it? Honestly, while the drinks were good, I can't say I left feeling like it was worth the wait. I probably could have skipped it and been just fine. It didn’t quite have that 'wow' factor that makes you feel the wait was justified.
