P & T - Paper & Tea - tea shop Berlin

I decided to check out the shop today, as I had come across the P&T website in the past. When my friend and I entered the shop, the lovely lady offered each of us a cup of tea, which was so delicious! The atmosphere of the place is cozy and inviting, in addition to good customer service. I also loved that it is possible to test-taste all the chocolate before purchasing it (their chocolate is amazing). I was also pleasantly surprised with the vast selection of teas and teaware. I loved it! Thank you

The tea is the best I’ve had, flavorful and rich. As an Earl Grey lover, I’ve been a fan since I first tried the Brave New Earl. On top of it, I had an issue with an order. The issue was, essentially, a result of my oversight. Customer service had resolved it nonetheless, leaving me with a good aftertaste, literally.

Lovely staff who knows their tea and what to recommend. Great concept with the teas available for a sniff around the shop and the tea tasting opportunity was excellent. For a tea lover, this is a shop to visit Looking very much forward to see you again when you open your shop in Denmark!

Such an amazing little shop, the atmosphere is lively and the people working there are amazingly friendly and helpful too. Really makes you feel cozy and at home. Their knowledge and expertise is great too! The best experience and made my day!
