Definitely one of the best bakery in the neighbourhood, I tried their babka and it's incredibly pleasing and light in taste, subtle in sugar. They have some specific menu items for each day and their products are entirely organic. I liked the way they are running the business in an ethical and pure way and promoting healthy products. The owner was also very helpful and she communicated with me in English and explained everything very politely to me. I would surely come back here!

Best oganic bread on the 19eme. You need to try their brioche, simply perfect.

I just taste the best loaf of bread in the neighborhood. Atmosphere friendly and genuine. The are using great organic flours, homemade yeast, using all time is necessary to produce a quality product. A place to go, very recommended. Ps try absolutely the babka!
