PAllSE 鉑司咖啡

It was very quiet the time I visited. The Spanish latte was delicious! Great coffee. The tiramisu waffle was tasty but a small portion size for the price (compared to cafes I visited in Taipei). The owners were kind, though I assume they don't speak much English as they didn't engage with me much and I was the only customer in-store. The ambiance was trendy, clean, minimalist, and mellow. They had smooth US hits playing in the background. The absolute highlight, though, was the shop dog. (There is a cat, too.) The dog was so sweet and cute! It came up to me immediately and stayed by my side, mostly asleep, for my entire 2-hour stay. The perfect way to relax and read a book!

We came here 12:00, waited for 20 minutes, no one showed up. No announcement about the shop being closed today, so you cannot really on their working hours

The food is not to my taste. The environment is quite relaxing ☺️

This is the first time I've ever tried their croffle, basically a waffle shaped croissant. You can feel the sharp crispyness when you taste it. The Spanish latte is also my favorite. Most importantly, two little adorable puppies will welcome your visit at the door. Super chill and lovely place. I definitely recommend it.

I was surprised that there is a marvelous café near market. I lived in overseas for quite some time, moved back to Southern Kaohsiung 2 years ago, I have to say it's hard to find a good cafe here, I'm not interested in KOL shops, fancy but not focus in their stuff, sometimes the price can't compare their quality 😢 it's shame. What I want to say... "paiise cafe" is two of the best longblack i have ever had here, I'm a picky coffeelover, of course I know everyone has different taste. I was in a hurry this afternoon so I can't have a seat to enjoy the vibe, I definitely will visit it again. I read the social media that you will move to other place end of this year, I wish you could keep in Southern Kaohsiung next year. Cheers, love your spirit ❤️ 💙
