Nice coffee and nice people!!

Just went there to buy one of their organic ancient breads. It's delicious and fantastic. Same taste as the breads I hate in my childhood. Super charming and competent personnel here. I will come back to try the coffee lab with great pleasure.

They are very sweet and friendly! I stumbled in looking like a lost tourist and I know very little French. Their English was wonderful! They explained the breads to me and I was very excited to take home half of a classic sourdough wheat loaf made with ancient grains. Wow. It’s so delicious. There are sour and also sweet floral notes. He explained it will stay soft for several days and it’s even good when it does dry out. I don’t think it will last that long though. YUM!!! Thank you for your beautiful bread!
