Reserved a meeting room for an hour and a half 8-9:30. Showed up 10 minutes early, the staff didn’t get us ready until almost 5 min after. We left and handed back the passes a few min past 9:30 and they tried to charge us another half hour. I explained that they took long and that we used the room for exactly 90 min. The staff persisted to say they didn’t take long and that we used it too long. Luckily my receipt proved that I paid a few minutes after 8pm and the by the time they gave us our passes and we got up to the room we had already lost 10 minutes. The place tries to nickle and dime foreigners so just have proof of what time you use it.

Great coworking space with good wifi and several different rooms, some quiet and some where you are allowed to talk. Free coffee, tea and water. Tip: if you fill out their feedback form on the first day you get JPY1,000 off on your next visit.

It’s a beautiful (and well stocked) place. It’s calm and quiet without an eerie sterile atmosphere
