Very bad experience. The price for sandwich is 400 which is way expensive for the proportion. The sandwich is not even delicious for that price. And when you go on Wednesday and Friday during their buy one get one free offer, they always say they are out of chicken sandwich. I mean if you don’t wanna offer chicken sandwich as an offer in those days then just specify it clearly that you only provide this offer on veg sandwich.

Dear Sir / Ma'am, I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited Pearl Cafe at Uttar Dhoka, Lazimpat, and had an overall pleasant experience. However, I encountered an issue with the payment process that I wanted to bring to your attention. Despite having a card-swapping machine available, I was informed that card payments were not being accepted. In today's fast-paced environment, many customers, including myself, prefer the convenience of using credit or debit cards for payments. I believe offering this service consistently would enhance the overall customer experience and attract more patrons to your establishment. I hope you consider enabling card payments moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
