This is my first time coming here and it will be my last. The cafe looked very nice but the food was very lacking. I got the iced matcha latte which tastes like a straight cup of milk. It has barely any matcha powder and it didnt even dissolve, you can see all the grains of powder inside the drink. Very disgusting. Their sandwiches were also very lacking. I ordered the ham and cheese sandwich but it wasnt even a sandwich, it was more of a pastry. It barely even had any ham or cheese inside so it tasted like I was eating stale pastry dough. Very disappointing. I want my $10 back. The cookie and black iced tea were alright, however. They were pretty standard. But the iced tea is unsweetened so you need to put sugar packets inside if you want it sweet.

I absolutely love PEP. Honestly, I love everything about this place — the pastries, the macarons, the coffee, and even the porridge. I especially want to highlight the pastries and macarons — they are always incredibly fresh. My absolute favorite are the guava macarons. They are just perfect every single time. I also want to thank the baristas for their amazing work. All the girls are so welcoming, polite, and always open to a little small talk, which makes the experience even more special. You can really feel the positive energy. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of my favorite barista — she has dark red hair — but her coffee is always the best ❤️ She somehow makes it taste even better every time. PEP is truly one of my favorite spots, and I always look forward to coming back.

Located on a discreet road that would be hard to find unless you were looking for it. They have a nice sized space with plenty of chairs and tables. They have a few different treats and all look delicious. The iced tea is refreshing. I enjoyed my time here and it wasn’t too crowded. It is a short walk to the boardwalk if you want to take your coffee and go for a walk. Cool spot.

Excellent coffee, Matcha, and Tea with a rich, well-balanced flavor and clearly high-quality beans. The pastries are always fresh and delicious. What truly sets this cafe apart is the staff — the girls are incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, creating a warm, pleasant atmosphere. A wonderful place to enjoy great coffee and service. Highly recommended.
