Mình thường xuyên ủng hộ các CN Phạm House nhiều năm qua và rất hài lòng với đồ uống của quán. Nhưng sáng nay nhân viên CN Lý Thường Kiệt đứng quầy 1 mình lại không biết món latte đá, còn phải xem lại menu xem đó là gì (!?) nên mình phải sang CN khác.
