Pullmind Cafe in Vang Vieng boasts one of the most stunning scenic backdrops, making it a must-visit spot for tourists! While the food and drinks are average, the breathtaking views more than make up for it. Service and management could use some improvement, but the experience is worth it if you plan your visit wisely. For the best experience, head there early for breakfast when it’s cooler and less crowded, as afternoons tend to be packed with tourists.

The service here was pretty bad. I asked for a toilet paper refill and got yelled at with directions to the toilet instead. Once they realized the misunderstanding, there was no apology. As for the food, we tried to order a latte but were told they didn’t have any—which is odd for a coffee shop. We got a Thai tea instead (asked for less sweet, and it was decent) and some egg spring rolls, which were okay. The view is nice, but the overall experience wasn’t great. I’d give it a 2.5.

The service here is not great. They had a lot of staff behind counters and standing looking at phones. None of them seemed to want to serve customers. The food was good, but prices were a little elevated. The reason to go here is to enjoy the view from the patio.
