Rollin coffee

One of, if not, the best specialty coffee shop in Pattaya. If you order the single origin drip coffee they will prepare the equipment for you and you have the option to brew it yourself, under their supervision/instruction. The presumed owner was really kind, explaining the process the whole way. Filter paper dampened, 60gr of water over the coffee grinds, wait 30 seconds, then up to 150gr, then finally 250gr to make about a 220ml cup of the smoothest brew in Chonburi. They said they are newly opened around last week, 4/July.

Great specialty coffee shop with a wide range of single origin beans. Friendly team with quick turnaround time. Recommend for some specialty coffee lovers and those looking for great medium and light roast coffee.

Minimalist interior decoration :) alot of space and seats. I tried signature with Lychee, good for refreshing. Other dripping coffee is also nice. A good place for meet up people not for study or a meal. Which is perfect for coffee lover vibes :)

The place has a cool vibe and turns into a bar at 18:00 hrs You get a beeper and pick up your order from the counter, which is a bit silly if there are 2 guests and 2 staff. The cheesecake was nice, wee bit plain in flavor and quite small though - Thai style. The latte was served in a cute glass, but was, unfortunately, luke-warm

Good / creative coffee. We've tried "Lychee mojito gano"... it's surprisingly good! Sadly when we were there, there are few pastries / sweets available (only 2 kinds of croissant and nama chocolate.) The place is quite chic and definitely instagrammable. This place worth a stop for a cup of coffee if you are in the area.
