We did the chocolate workshop with Finn and it was such a 5 star experience. He was honestly just amazing at explaining everything we could ever want to know about the process of making chocolate. Very impressed. And had our own hand made bar to take home! ❤️

Nice chocolate and cocoa drinks. Own production. Very unique. Unfortunately, the line is really long.

It is a place to buy amazing quality vegan chocolate. My personal favourites are the 83, chili and nibbs bars. We had a great workshop at this place. The guy giving us the workshop knew a lot about the farming, processing of cacao beans and making of chocolate. It is very nice tasting the beans at different stages in the process and to taste the chocolate made at Belyzium. One of the things I would recommend is to not mix English and German speaking groups. It makes the workshop unnecessarily long and in our case the German group was not happy I was asking questions (I had more than I have asked due to this).

We participated in the chocolate making workshop facilitated by Finn. First things first, the chocolate is superb and delicious! Finn is so knowledgeable, and provides a wonderful overview of every and any possible detail related to the end-to-end process of chocolate-making. From farming and procurement to climate implications on the chocolate-making process, he really taught us everything we could possibly want to learn. Only negative of the experience was two fellow participants who continuously asked questions that were possibly a bit close to becoming off-topic ;) not something Finn could’ve controlled though!
