Too bad we discovered this little gem on our very last day in Chiang Mai!! Small shop run by a lovely team. We tried their salted bread which was delicious, olive bread, olive stick and egg tart. Everything was so well executed. The pastry dough is truly excellent, exactly like you could eat it in France!

For those who appreciate good naturally leavened bread, this place is a real gem. I dare say it's the best sourdough in Chiang Mai, available in various forms, each better than the last. But it's not just the sourdough that impresses. The croissant is simply one of the best I've ever had: light, crispy, and soft at the same time. It's hard to go wrong with an order here, as everything I tried was delicious: the focaccia is super fluffy, the trio cheese ciabatta (which comes with a great sauce) is fantastic, the cranberry and chocolate croissant, and the cranberry-walnut bread is also a must-try. It's one of those places that does everything with excellence. The bakery operates only on weekends, from Saturday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is no space to eat on-site. It's important to note that they do not accept cards, so bring cash.
