SẾU the tearoom - contemporary matcha bar and specialty coffee

First of all, great quality of matcha. The view is amazing, super warm and cozy However, I was so disappointed at the customer service. The staff was unfriendly, she gave us attitude. When I asked if she could help to take photos of me and my friend together but she refused and said she’s busy while walking away. This makes me feel so uncomfortable. Won’t come back again!

Great atmosphere and delicious drinks! The employee has a vast knowledge of tea. She’s really patient with the matcha drink suggestions. We ended up ordering the salted matcha and Hojicha tea leaves which turned out amazing! Hopefully, I can return to try the white tea and mukashi ushucha before I leave Da Nang!

Love the cafe's ambiance. Quiet and super cozy. And most important of all, they know what they're doing. The coffee and matcha selections are spot on.

The tea quality is phenomenal! I have an opportunity to learn more about different types and grades of Japanese Green Tea. It’s an eye-opened experience. I got myself a salted cream Kaori. I prefer my salted cream not too sweet and did request for not too sweet cream. The barista convinced me to try their version. Thank goodness I trust her. 10 out of 10. Also, I got the Houjicha cake roll. Layers of flavors are there for you to enjoy. The roasted tea (houjicha) flavor is layering beautifully with the cream. Not too sweet the cake itself! Love!!! Highly recommend!!!
